Where is my order?
Orders may take up to 24 hours depending on stock and store transfers. Pick-up from the Calgary Farmers' Market may take up to 72 hours to process.
Custom cakes and cupcakes will be ready for pick-up after 12pm on the requested date, unless otherwise specified.
Special order items typically take 7-14 business days. Please see individual product description for ETA details.
You will receive a confirmation email (please check spam folder!) once your order is ready for pick-up.
Do you offer CONTACTLESS curbside pick-up?
Yes, we do! Curbside pick-up is FREE at all our store locations and available 7 days a week! Orders must be prepaid.

We also offer pick-ups from our booth at the Calgary Farmers’ Market location. Our booth is located by the West entrance, contactless curbside not available.

Do you deliver?
You bet we do! We want to make things easier, more convenient and safer for you by bringing your pets' needs to you. We offer FREE Next Day Delivery (if ordered by 5pm) anywhere within Calgary city limits for a minimum purchase of $50 before tax/discounts. NO deliveries on Sundays or Stat Holidays. All orders placed after 5pm on Friday will be delivered on a Monday. Once the order is processed, you will receive an email confirming your delivery date. Orders will be delivered by 8:30pm on the delivery date and a text message notification will be sent indicating order arrival. We strongly recommend someone being at home to receive the order as the order will be left on the doorstep/lobby area (at your own risk). Bon A-Pet-Treat! is not held liable for any theft or thawing once the order has been delivered.
- Please not we do not deliver to addresses that have restrictions on hours as we cannot guarantee a delivery time.
- Apartments - Orders will be dropped off in the lobby/buzzer area.
- Free delivery does not apply if the YYCRAW discount option is used. Orders can still be delivered for a $13 fee. (Please call us 403-926-8368 to set up delivery)
Do custom orders qualify for Next Day Delivery?
No, they do not. A minimum of 48 hours notice for custom orders still applies. Special item orders will typically require 7-10 business days.
What if my order is less than $50? Can you still deliver?
Absolutely! You just pay a flat fee of $13 within Calgary city limits. (No delivery on Sundays/Stat Holidays)
How do I place an order for delivery?
Orders can be placed online or over the phone. All pick-ups and deliveries must be prepaid. Once payment is received and the order is processed, you will receive an email confirming your order with the delivery date. A text message notification will be sent to the phone number provided once the order has been dropped off. We highly recommend that someone be home to receive the order as the order will be left on the doorstep (at your own risk). By selecting the delivery option, you understand and agree to these terms and policy.
Can I request that my order be delivered at a certain time?
Unfortunately we cannot guarantee delivery times due to order volumes. We can only guarantee that the order will arrive by 8:30pm of the confirmed delivery date. A request can be placed to our driver to text you when your order is on the way. A text message notification will also be sent once the order has been dropped off.
How do I order for curbside pick-up?
Orders can be placed online or over the phone. All curbside pick-ups must be prepaid. When you arrive, please give us a call with your order #/name and we will place your order outside on the table.
Do you ship outside Calgary?
We are happy to ship anywhere in Canada and to the U.S!
